Contemporary Brick House | 3D Architectural Visualization

This architectural visualization project features a contemporary single-family residence defined by geometric volumes, clean lines, and a distinctive exposed brick façade.

The combination of different heights and volumes creates an architectural composition characterized by large windows, sheltered outdoor spaces, and a strong connection between the house and its natural surroundings.

The brickwork brings texture, warmth, and character to the design, while soft lighting and the Mediterranean landscape contribute to a natural and realistic atmosphere.

Creative Process: 3D Rendering, Artificial Intelligence and Photoshop

To create these images, we used a hybrid workflow combining traditional 3D rendering, artificial intelligence, and digital post-production.

The process begins with the creation of the 3D scene and traditional rendering, providing precise control over the architecture, materials, composition, and lighting.

Next, we use artificial intelligence tools to enhance selected visual elements, particularly the environment, vegetation, textures, and details that contribute to photographic realism.

Finally, using Adobe Photoshop, we combine the original render with AI-generated enhancements, carefully selecting and integrating elements that improve the final image without altering the architectural design.

This approach combines the precision and control of traditional 3D visualization with the creative possibilities of artificial intelligence, producing photorealistic architectural imagery with greater detail and naturalness.
