The work begins with the creation of the 3D model from 2D plans, using floor plans and elevations as a basis.

Throughout the process, all dimensions relative to the zero level have been respected, adjusting the different levels of the house to achieve a precise geometry consistent with the original project.

In the shading section, the materials have been constructed with PBR, seeking a tonal balance that maintains coherence among the different volumes and finishes of the house.

Each material has been adjusted to perform well under natural light conditions without losing detail.

The lighting has been resolved with a Sky Texture, configured to achieve a soft and controlled daylight, avoiding material burn and maintaining a clear reading of volumes and textures.
