Project that provides a detailed view of the volumetry and finishes of this contemporary-style residence, from the patio with pool to the main façade with integrated garage.
The scenes demonstrate how the application of PBR textures on stucco walls, vertical wood panels, and stone masonry faithfully reproduces the interaction of natural light with each material. The precise modeling of the bicubic volume, featuring large windows on the upper floor and a low-level porch at garden height, allows for an appreciation of the architectural composition: straight lines, cantilevered planes, and setbacks that create a coherent play of light and shadow.
The pool, with its ceramic finish in turquoise, captures the reflection of the sky, while the surrounding grass and vegetation integrate into the environment, simulated with particle systems for added realism. In the access ramp and the garage, the porcelain flooring appears sharp, and the parked sports car highlights the contrast between the matte texture of the façade and the glossy finish of the vehicle.
Thanks to the exterior HDRI lighting and the use of area lights to enhance the surfaces, the renders illustrate how variations of overcast skies and soft sunlight influence the perception of the volume and scale of the house. Thus, these images provide an accurate representation of the form, materials, and atmosphere that the project will have once constructed.
