Large-scale single-family residence: imposing architecture and 3D representation

In this architectural visualization project, the primary objective was toshow the grandeur of a large-scale residenceand reinforce its imposing character through 3D rendering.

Architecture is based on astrongly defined horizontal composition, with structural cantilevers that extend the building's lines beyond the façade. This resource, combined with the choice ofstone materialsin contrast to white and glazed surfaces, it creates a balance betweensolidity and visual lightness.

3D Representation Strategy

To convey the magnitude of the project, various resources were applied in the renders:

• Front and elevation perspectives, which emphasize the linearity and spaciousness of the dwelling.
• Strategically integrated human figures, which provide scale and allow the viewer to understand the actual proportions.
• Natural environment with vegetation and open skies, reinforcing the perception of space, openness, and exclusivity.
• Balanced lightingthat highlights the texture of the stone and the contrast with the white surfaces and glass.

A project with presence

The result is an architectural visualization that conveyselegance, exclusivity, and timeless character, in which each angle presents the dwelling as an architectural object with its own personality.

Thanks to the use ofphotorealistic rendering and advanced techniques in information architectureit is achieved that the dwelling is not only represented but also perceived in all its dimension and presence.
