3D Visualization for Gardening Project: Faithful Recreation of Real Species
This work focuses exclusively on the 3D visualization of a gardening project, developed to help the client foresee the final appearance of their own garden before starting the actual planting. The main objective has been to represent the selected plant species as accurately as possible, generating models and distributions that reflect exactly what will be implemented on site.
For each area of the garden, specific 3D models have been created, adapted to the characteristics of the chosen species:
- Lavender and aromatic masses
- Rounded hedges
- Strelitzias
- Citrus in production
- Palms of various sizes
- Mediterranean vegetation such as the main olive tree
- Ornamental plants that complete the paths and flowerbeds.
The scene has been worked with soft lighting based on Sky Texture, sufficient to show volumes and color without altering the natural tone of the vegetation. The plants have been distributed using Geometry Nodes, ensuring controlled repetitions and an organic visual growth.
The final render has been produced in Cycles (1024 samples + denoising) and subsequently adjusted in Photoshop, maintaining a realistic appearance while avoiding any excessive treatment that distorts the reading of the species.
The result is a series of images that serve as a tool prior to the execution of the garden, allowing the client to visualize real compositions, densities, and heights before bringing the project to site.
