This project corresponds to adetached single-family dwellingof classic lines and balanced proportions, where special attention has been given to the relationship betweenvolume, roof, and proportions of openingsThe design combines a sober geometry with afour-sided roof with curved ceramic tiles, adding Mediterranean character and a timeless image.
On the ground floor, the day area is arranged, open to the garden and the pool through a longitudinal porch that ensuresshade and passive solar protectionOn the upper floor, the private rooms are located, featuring a carefully aligned composition of openings to maintain thevisual coherence of the façades.
The 3D visualization work has been carried out inBlender + Cycles, usinghigh-resolution PBR textures (4K)for materials such as plaster, tiles, and carpentry. Theglobal lightinghas been resolved throughSky Texture HDRIto accurately replicate the natural light of the Mediterranean. The environment is complemented by vegetation shaped throughGeometry Nodes, optimizing performance without sacrificing detail.
